It is for these women that we are approving this extension: women who will have support when they return to their jobs; women who, in the face of a cesarean, a medical complication, or postpartum depression, will have their partners nearby to help them get back on their feet.
Tabata Amaral: It is for them that we are fighting, but it is also for the children, who will have stronger families, who will have more protected childhoods.
Tabata Amaral: I even joke that some men may not see this today, but this struggle is for them too, who will have this time to support their partners, to learn, to adapt, to be able to embrace this new reality.
