Tabata Amaral: and other parliamentarians, including the coordinator of this working group, which addresses combating digital violence against women on account of their condition as women, based on the Inter-American Model Law to prevent, punish and eradicate gender digital violence against women, developed within the Organization of American States.
Tabata Amaral: As a conclusion of our work, we submit for the consideration of the other members of this working group the proposed substitute to PL No. 896 of 2023, the draft bill, and the attached recommendation proposal, which incorporate suggestions presented by parliamentarians and participants in the public hearings held.
We count on the support of the female and male deputies for the approval of this report and the proposed legislative measures, firm in the conviction that we will be contributing to the improvement of the system of protection for women.
