The federal government will take care to ensure that all the people who lost their homes get their little houses back so they can live with dignity here in Rio Grande do Sul.

And I'm also in a place that so far hasn't even been the target of any attempt at rehabilitation.

Lula promised a lot, delivered nothing, and now people live humiliated inside a container.

Apparently, despite the promise from the federal government, the one paying for the houses is the state government.

Guys, this here is a makeshift temporary add-on for people to survive until permanent housing.

This here, you understand, is emergency housing.

Because apparently it was the state government that is delivering these container homes for you to live in in the meantime.
