   No, it won't be the end of the 6x1 schedule that will make real estate more expensive. What makes real estate more expensive is real estate speculation. It's city hall giving PUBLIC MONEY to the construction of Airbnbs instead of housing. It's an incompetent manager doing away with the home office out of pure sadism and stupidity. It's an inheritance law made to benefit those who inherit a thousand properties, not someone who inherits the family's only property built through a lot of hard work. It's the concentration of public services in reeeally specific places, close to those who least need them. When Brazilian billionaires get bothered by this, we'll hear what they have to say about what makes real estate expensive.
