Kim Kataguiri: This is an extensive regulation, 44 pages, which I think would deserve a more thorough analysis.
Instead of approving urgency and bringing the matter directly to the Plenary, we should give more time, even so that the party leaders can prepare their technical notes and have a more in-depth debate.
Kim Kataguiri: This bill gets into the minutiae of sector regulation; it goes far beyond the current legislation.
Kim Kataguiri: So I think that, given the length of the bill, it would be important for us to debate it better and discuss it more in the College of Leaders before taking the urgency to the Plenary.
